RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN CASES OF ERROR ON OUR PART, SUCH AS SHIPPING AN INCORRECT PRODUCT OR SIZE. IN THESE CASES, WE WILL ACCEPT THE RETURN AND PROCEED WITH AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE. IN ALL OTHER CASES, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

IF THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED MATCHES YOUR ORDER AND YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR AN ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE, THE EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE PROVIDED THE DESIRED ITEM IS STILL IN STOCK. HOWEVER, ALL SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE AT YOUR EXPENSE.

FOR HYGIENE REASONS, PRODUCTS SUCH AS UNDERWEAR ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. FURTHERMORE, ANY ITEM WORN, USED OR RETURNED DAMAGED WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED OR CREDITED NOTE.
